There are three ways to make your donations:
Either by:
1. Filling out your annual tax return on your PC (using the “ABEV” program):
Fill out the electronic paper No. 0753-D. At the section dedicated for civilian organizations, write our tax ID number into the blank beneficiary’s tax number field: 19025702-1-43 and mark the name of your beneficiary in writing as well: "MAGYAR MÁLTAI SZERETETSZOLGÁLAT EGYESÜLET" /Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Association/. You do not need to use a small envelope, (or any other declaratory documents), as for this document is part of the annual tax return.
2. If your annual tax return is done by your employer (employer tax return):
Print out the downloadable document here, and cut it out. At the civilian organizations field next to the beneficiary’s tax number field write down out tax ID number: 19025702-1-43: and perhaps mark the name of your beneficiary in writing as well: ("MAGYAR MÁLTAI SZERETETSZOLGÁLAT EGYESÜLET" /Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Association/"). Place the declaratory paper into an envelope. Put your Tax ID number on the envelope. Close it, and put your signature on the glued area alongside. Pass on the envelope at your workplace by May 9, 2008. at the latest!
3. Filling out your annual tax return on paper obtained from the tax authorities:
Fill out sheet no. 0753-D. At the civilian organizations section in the “beneficiary’s tax number” field please write our tax ID number 19025702-1-43, and include the name of your beneficiary as well. ("MAGYAR MÁLTAI SZERETETSZOLGÁLAT EGYESÜLET-/Hungarian Maltese Charity Service Association/).
